Born in Ulyanovsk (USSR). Studied Philology, Journalism and Marketing at Moscow State Humanitarian University. Worked as a journalist in mass-media. In 2012 graduated from the Marina Razbezhkina and Mikhail Ugarov School of Documentary Film and Theatre (Moscow). As a director, scriptwriter and stringer worked on different documentary projects, including "The right for childhood (Chechen Republic)", "The Bride" (international project "Day in my life"), "Internet Architecture" (film cycle), "Arrhythmia" (with director Boris Khlebnikov) and others, and also produced several personal films as a director and DOP. Anna was one of the authors of the collective film on political protests in Russia "Winter, go away!" which was screened at the Locarno International Film Festival, DOK Leipzig, IDFA and has won awards around the world.
